The company is known for offering products at very competitive prices. The company offers the Martha Stewart Home collection, which is one of the most popular brands it offers. Kmart items are available for purchase in store or online.

This site offers Kmart customers the opportunity to share feedback regarding their recent visit with Kmart. Kmart obtains customers feedback by asking simple questions regarding the surveyors’ recent visit to Kmart. The survey may be taken in English or Spanish. The survey takes approximately five to ten minutes to complete and is relatively use-friendly. In order to complete the survey, the surveyor must enter a 19 digit receipt number and enter it into the website without any spaces. Upon completion of the survey, surveyors are entered into a quarterly sweepstakes to win a $4,000 Kmart gift card.

I wrote before about not recieving sale price on T.V that I put on layaway and was told that if it went on sale fbut when I went in to make the adjustment I was told that it was over 7 days so I could not get it. I went again the teller didnt ask for reward card and then atempted to put it the system and miss spelled my name name so I missed out on almost 5 hundred dollar of points I'm not sure that it's worth shopping for savings at Kmart any moor I've shopped Kmart for years in Denve,co and never have I recieve such poor custer service as here in Casa Grande ,AZ.store9101and my contract no. - - posted 126 months ago by charlena campbell

Kathleen at store 7225 on 12/26/13 9:48 am 7225 06 5539 0160 was polite and kind when my card was declined..she held the items for me..I went to the bank and found out they had put a block on it because I had bought gasoline while visiting a very ill friend in Orange County and the bank thought it suspicious ...I went to my bank near the Kmart store and they explained..After the bank unblocked my card I went back to Kmart and Kathleen was there, she said - Patrik Carlok - posted 81 months ago by Patrik Carlok

The manager at store 4201 (Julie) is the worse of a manager I have seen at any store. No professionalism and has no character working for the public. Kmart needs to retrain their employees starting with the managers. Not only does this manager yell at the top of her lungs at customers, she is rude and ugly! I will not be shopping at your Kmart Westwood Store I have never had anyone to be as rude and nasty to a customers and their coworkers. I asked a cashier what was her name Diane is what they told me. A commendation needs to go to employee Brian assoc. #41 in Desert Hot Springs, CA store #4857. He was very courteous, kind and genuinely concerned with my shopping experience. For a young man, it was refreshing to see and hear the level of maturity, respect and kindness he displayed to his customers. Store #4355 on july26,2015
The manager didn't refund me the full price because she said that i didn't have a receipt even know the register showed 19.99 ,she only game 16.04 with a nasty attitude.I think that's why the parking lot is pretty empty all the time, and the parking lot in walmart is always full.
