www.SearsFeedback.com is the site, through which you can participate in the ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ of Sears, Roebuck and Co. or simply Sears and share your feedback with the management of this largest department store chain of the United States. Entering the 12-digit Salescheck number from your receipt, you can participate in this survey, either in English or in Spanish and express your shopping experience in any of its nearly 2,250 outlets.

Your participation is highly appreciated by the company, which, on its part, offers you an entry in the “Sears Customer Satisfaction Survey sweepstakes”. This sweepstakes is beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. on 1st May 2011 and will be ending at 11:59:59 p.m. on 30th July 2011. If you are a member of Sears Research Panel, then also you will receive an invitation to complete this survey and earn an entry in this sweepstakes. Since all surveys are not eligible for this sweepstakes, you should read the invitations carefully and look out for the one that makes you eligible to participate. However if you are neither a member of Sears Research Panel nor want to spend anything on purchases, you can still participate in this sweepstakes, without taking the survey, by mailing your handwritten details to:

Sears has done nothing but give my 76 year old mother the run around for past 3 years. She purchased a stove and microwave and is having problems with the service department. I took them almost 2 years to come out and repair her microwave. She paid for installation services that were never received. I have been calling them for the past week and every time i end up being placed on hold for over 30 minutes and I finally hang up because no one will answer. Sherry & John were very helpful while visiting their Port Huron Michigan 48060 store. the problem I had, has to do with my experience with your Parts, Technical Services, and your Customer Care departments.On 9/10/13
I contacted your parts department to order a carborator for a push lawn mower. when ordering this part I specifically requested that the part that fits into the carb. be sent also. the person said that I would get the complete package that will include everything I needed.after receiving the part only to find it did not include the part that went into it as I requested. I called back to explain and the person I spoke with after explaining what I needed said he would send me the right part and I should be all set,received the part, and it too was not the correct one. At this time I went to your local Sears store here in Port Huron Michigan 48060. On 9/17/13 12:45 pm, I met Sherry and asked if she could help me with finding the part I needed so I could give the parts dept. the proper discript.ion to make sure I got the right one. she was very helpful and very patient while looking for this part, not able to find the part I asked if we could call the parts department from the store, she agreed, called and handed me the phone, I then explained what I was looking for, the person assured they could help, but would have to transfer me to Technical Services because they could not find the part in question, spoke with them they could not find the part, transfered me back to parts. spoke with another person who sai how sorry she was and she would help me . I explained the problem to her and asked her not to put me on hold,she said she had to put me on hold and if we got cut off she would call me back at the store. we got cut off, I called back, explained the problem again to another person who said they would try and get the person I spoke to earlier, got her back, said she was almost there, but to hold on once more, we got cut off.no call back from her at the store. called back to the parts dept. had to completely explain again to another person, who said how sorry they were that I was having such a problem but would help me.she went into her system found the part needed and directed me to the stores computer; at this time John from the store assisted me with the part number I was given from the technical person who found the part on google. we were able to find the page that had several variations of what was called a breath-tube.the techn.person stayed on the phone while I went to the computer, I then came back to the phone with what I thought was the part I needed, only to be told that she couldn't order it that I would have to talk to another department. she transfered me to a gentleman who said he could help me, I explained the problem as I did to all the others, he too assured me that he would help me. he understood the part I needed and said he knew what I needed and would send the Breath-Tube to me and I should get it on the 24th September.
Sirs: please know that I am not a very happy Sears person, and I just hope I can get this part and finally get my grass cut which has not been cut sense 9/10/13. you also need to know that beginning with Sherry & John at the local store whom were very kind and helpful,the others were very polite and did what they could to help, but I think there is a real problem with your phone system,or the operators. I Recently had a wonderful experience at your sears craftsman tool center.Stacey, the only woman salesperson in this male dominated area in The Sears Store in Johnstown, Pa was so polite and helpful with great suggestions and old fashioned customer service. She did all this with a big smile on her face. I will definitely go back and look for Stacey to help me with all future purchases. Please give her a raise and a promotion to make sure some other store does not steal this gem away from Sears. Good luck Stacey, I will be looking for you soon to serve me with all that enthusiasm on all future purchases. Thank you Stacy! you made what could of been a boring experience for me (tools) indeed exciting. I purchased seven tool sets for my Grandsons.
