Most of the time we have a good experience @ Panera. Today I needed more ceasar dressing and stood at the counter in front of 3 different employees 2 of which were managers & no one asked if I needed help :(. - Janine Dunmire - posted 125 months ago by Janine Dunmire

My Panera is always clean and inviting. The waitstaff is courteous and helpful. I ask my friends to meet me there for coffee and lunch which is always fresh and tasty. I also buy bread to go. thanks Doris P - doris parsons - posted 124 months ago by doris Parsons

My Panera store make me always feel I should not be in the store, when it's my turn to order, everyone gets busy. I am a very professional dressed woman, and I never noticed this behavior until just recent when I went to another store and the customer service was awesome. So I travel out of my area to receive common courtisy. - - posted 124 months ago by JAKI WRIGHT HOWARD

I just purchase an 18 bagel pack and found out Panera has stopped making Jalepeno bagels. Why? They are one of my family's favorites. Please bring them back. Do I have to go and shop for bagels elsewhere? - James M. - posted 123 months ago by James M.

Visited the Grove City location and did not receive the correct order for one person. You've been open long enough to be up to speed. Get with it? - Roxanne Bullock - posted 115 months ago by Roxanne Bullock
